SHIPPING
All orders can be shipped within the US via FedEx or UPS Ground. Shipping costs are based on weight. Pet beds are rather bulky for their weight and they must be shipped in somewhat large boxes, which raises the typical shipping fee. See below for precise costs.

All Lexie Lew products are made in Brooklyn, N.Y., U.S.A. International shipping fees vary by country. Please email info@lexielew.com for information about delivery to a non-U.S. address.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make an exchange or receive a refund for your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Any returned item needs to be in its original condition.

PRODUCT CARE
Please take care when removing covers from pillow and bed inserts.

All parts of Lexie Lew products are machine washable on gentle with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low. We recommend removing covers from the inside stuffing before washing covers. To maintain the loftiness of pillow and bed inserts, the inserts should be washed only when necessary. If washing the insert, always wash and dry it while inside the bed cover. Do NOT wash and dry the insert without the cover.
